I guess you could say it all started when I was born? Born in 1994 in Dryburn hospital in north Durham, im now 15 years old and playing the piano. Aged 8 I was diagnosed with Chron's disease which has pretty much sucked ever since. It means I miss a lot of school and spend a lot of time in hospital but I deal with it. I've known Courtney since I was three years old which is why we get on so well. I have much experience with music and playing piano. I currently compose and play my own music although I think it has to be said that my favourite piece of music to play is Frédéric Chopin's Étude In E Major, Op. 10, No. 3. (Tristesse) I think this piece has such a beautiful melody, one of the best I've ever heard. I am inspired very much by many different musicians such as The Carpenters, Frédéric Chopin, Emily Bear and ofcourse my piano teacher. Although I don't get a lot of spare time, I enjoy spending it by cooking bread and fudge. These are defenitely my two favourite things to make. I also enjoy arts and crafts and making things. However, most of my spare time is spent improving my piano technique, or learning new pieces of music and also composing my own. Music is my LIFE; make my music your life.

Courtney
Born in 1994, at Dryburn hospital in North Durham, just like Sam. Almost 15 years on I can stand up and tell you all you need to know. I sport feiry, vibrant red hair and brown/green eyes. You can call me Chemical Courtney. Music is 100% my passion and I play guitar to fullfill that. I love music; Twin Atlantic, Greenday, The Subways, Fightstar and Muse. I started at Sam's primary school the year after him in 1999 and because we had known each other from Nursery, naturally we became friends. Seperated after a year when I moved schools we lost touch until 2006. During the years when I was at a different primary school I met Nicole; my best friend to this day. When I began at Sam's current school, which is Secondary school in 2006 I didn't go in for the first two weeks because I was on holiday in Florida with my family. On the first day at school I sat next to Sam on the bus not knowing who he was. Then we realised who it was and became great friends once again. I currently attend school with Sam and my very best friend Nicole 5 days a week. :) I don't get an awful lot of spare time, what with juggling playing guitar, homework etc but when I do I just love spending it geeking out. And ofcourse in any spare time that I have I always get Cole to come to my house and we'll just watch movies and mess around. I do love my spare time!
